We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For returns shipped from outside the European Union, the parcel must be clearly declared as:
Returned goods – EU origin – original export date
The shipment must also include the original invoice and clearly state that the goods are being returned to the seller.
If a return is not properly declared and import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees are charged upon re-entry into the Netherlands, these costs will be deducted from the refund. Beyond Brazil is not responsible for customs charges resulting from incorrectly declared return shipments.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information, refusal by the recipient, or because the package was not picked up from the local delivery point or customs office, the following conditions apply:
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at sales@beyondbrazil.eu.
Refunds are not applicable if the product is not received due to non-payment of import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
