Shipping Policy

Destinations & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. You can select your shipping country at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact our Customer Care team at sales@beyondbrazil.eu.

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We work with fast and reliable international shipping partners to ensure quick delivery.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trade regulations, some items may be restricted from shipping to certain countries. For more information, contact our team at sales@beyondbrazil.eu.

Insurance

All orders are insured during transit against theft and accidental damage. Once the package is delivered and signed for at the specified address, insurance coverage ends.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage when signing for it.

Taxes & Duties

For orders outside the European Union, VAT is not included in the product price. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery.

We are not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information prior to ordering.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information, refusal by the recipient, or because the package was not picked up from the local delivery point or customs office, the following conditions apply:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you would like the package to be resent, additional shipping fees must be paid in advance.
